Work of the Week: Saucony

The running brand Saucony has recently launched a new community in New York and later globally, a showcase of reasons that people decide to run, and highlights these people doing in the athletic brand's gear. This is called the "We Who Run" campaign in an effort to show their audience more about simply getting out their and running, and taking running to new heights, while showcasing these runner's support and favoring of Saucony and their gear in the process.


This campaign has a four-video series that features runners around the world, explaining on these episodes why they love running, their reasons for participating in the sport, and how Saucony has an impact on the running community. Over the course of two days, these athletes got together in Colorado, running around the cities as simply people who love to run, sharing their passion of the sport and community surrounding it. Saucony also took a select few to their headquarters in Boston, to get a behind-the-scenes look at how their running shoes are made.


Saucony is using this campaign to showcase the community of running and what it means to all of these people who live it and love it and use themselves as the driving force for this group. With all of these people coming together running in Saucony gear, their audience sees this community that has existed forever, all under this athletic brand, powerfully tying them specifically, to the wide world of running.
